Digital Marketing Lead with some experiences of:
Responsibilities include developing strong relationship with clients (marketers) and all related functional stakeholders in the assigned markets, ensuring steady growth of business year after year. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and make sure the clients are delighted with their experience working with us.
Client Relationship/Stakeholder Management: Single interface between Pfizer Brand team and offshore production team Collaborates with Marketing/Business partners/DCE Operations team on brand service requirements Participate in process discussions with different stakeholders – Brand, AOR, Business Partners/DCE Operations, Business Technology, GCMA support team Consultation to share the industry best design guidelines for content development Onboarding Marketing/Agency on the Factory Standards & Process
Process Documentation for Key Markets: Collate the local market REG08 policies, channel requirements and be apprised of latest developments in these areas and share it with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliant content is delivered Responsible to review the “new updates” on Japan rules/regulations from SMS, Medical Information, Japan Local News site and share it with Factory operations team to review and understanding. Factory Operations Team will reach out to the Japan Engagement Manager for any clarifications and the Engagement Managerwill reach out to appropriate stake holders Documentation of the Rules and Regulations’ and ensuring respective manuals are created and updated periodically
Project Management: Kick off meeting with Marketing/Agency Content plan – works with marketer to identify storyline/key messages needed for the new asset along with the channel(s) to build the content Work with marketer to identify suitable materials in GCMA/CANVAS and troubleshoot where necessary Scope Finalization Timeline preparation/finalization/management Finalization of RGD and sharing the RGD with production team Follow up on the Agency Submission (if agency involved) Technical clarifications during the content development stage Scheduling Walkthrough calls Sharing Synch note details with Marketing/Agency Coordination with Marketing/Agency for feedback, changelogs and clarifications Support GCMA activities – coordinate with local GCMA team for the workflow management and offshore team to ensure compliance and REG08 requirements Scheduling weekly status meeting with key stake holders Participation in biweekly calls with production team (also SOS basis) Arranging clarification calls with Marketing/Agency during the project lifecycle Obtaining on-time final approval Agency/marketer to proceed with validation Managing scope change, deviations and track engagement KPIs Facilitate issue resolutions in case of escalations per defined mechanism Timely release of content certification forms(CCF) and deployment package to the relevant deployment teams Releasing weekly status reports for stakeholder
Budget Management: Establishing Financial document requirements like Cost center/WBS numbers and follow on quote approvals with marketers Sharing monthly, quarterly budget details with marketers Managing Timely invoices
