Ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of experience as pre-sales or project manager with proposal experience. Started as programming like Java in the first few years and worked as project manager next several to ten years. Business application development like ERP is a big plus. Be able to learn system integration skill from the latest cloud solution selling activity, and learn industry knowledge, business analysis skill and sales skill.

Japanese fluent, English nice to have, but not mandatory
