|仕事内容||This position is to lead/drive the marketing strategy/plan development and implement the plan with flawless execution in both consumer marketing and customer marketing. Also he/she is expected to establish/enhance the brand equity of brands through the marketing activities. This position will closely work with other functions in Japan , i.e. Sales team (front office and back office functions), Professional Marketing, Operation, and Finance to drive the business. In addition, he/she will be a marketing representative of Japan Region|
|応募資格||· More than 10~12 years of senior marketing management experience earned from big consumer marketing companies (FMCG).
· Experience of brand P/L responsibilities.
· Experience formulating brand strategies.
· Demonstrated experience in working with a broad range of sales and marketing teams, preferably in a global organization.
· KOL management and medical device experience preferred.
· Preferred background also includes product line experience involving a physician “gatekeeper” in the sales mix as well as mass merchant distribution channels. This could include key account experience representing an OTC drug company division, or pharmaceutical sales experience prior to a consumer products career.
