仕事内容 · Provides leadership and direction to a team of individual contributors and first level managers in defining and executing on strategic Sales plans and efforts
· Aligns with local/metro sales leadership's vision, strategy, and objectives
· Shapes and develops the metro/local team's strategy
· Drives skills development, selling and/or technical sales support behaviors of the leadership team
· Creates spirit of collaboration, engagement, and sharing of best practices
· Leads team through changes
· Drives team adoption of relevant tools available for more efficient business management
· Develops the leadership skills of the supervisors and managers within their regions

· Develops and aids in defining the business objectives and expertise levels for the regional or multi-regional teams
· Drives strategic deals and interacts with C-level executives
· Responsible for the metro team's support structure design and proposal of technical solutions
· Conducts internal Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring performance against pre-established business metrics
· Leads team through changes
· Owns and manages all escalations to senior leadership for critical matters
· Assists in efforts to shape and impact deals for the metro/local team
· Effectively manipulates MRR vs NRR/EIS offsets and how they can be leveraged to bring a deal to positive outcome
· Able to accurately convey business concepts inter-departmentally

· Provides leadership in shaping and managing a multi-regional team in their technical sales support pursuits
· Provides direction for the organization, including the leadership team, to ensure overall success
· Allocates and optimizes resources within regional or multi-regional team
· Responsible for all hiring decisions and activities, compensation, quarterly conversations, performance counseling, onboarding, coaching and career development
· Defines and drives the performance and results of the metro/local team
· Supports and shapes individual career development
· Assists in defining and shaping positive team dynamics

· Assists in defining and delivering the strategy to build analytical data and dashboards to properly manage the regional/multi-regional sales engineering teams
· Shapes and drives MRR and EIS/NRR revenue forecasts
· Assists in the definition of analytic tools and reports to properly manage resources
· Utilizes feedback to refine team performance and customer satisfaction

· Develops and refines management relationships with internal teams (CSM/CPM, OM, Ops, etc.) to ensure proper deal flow
· Develops and drives positive environment for their local/metro and management teams
· Develops and refines communication and presentation skills for the regional or multi-regional teams and managers
応募資格 · 10+ years customer-facing experience in related industry preferred
· 5+ years people management experience
· Japanese and English are fluently
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT preferred
給与 ~20M JPY + RSU
勤務時間 9:00~18:00
