仕事内容 The Intelligent Enterprise (IE) Partner Business Manager (PBM) is a field-based employee that drives the combined proposition of cross line of business (xLoB) solutions focusing on Intelligent Spend Management (ISM) and Digital Supply Chain (DSC) solution areas with S/4HANA through partners, in order to grow SAP's subscription software revenue.

This role is leading the transformation within SAP and our partners’ organisations in how we bring together the leading aspects of the SAP solution portfolio, break-down historical line of business silos and work across market segments to accelerating growth.

The IE PBM is responsible for proactively developing the partner's SAP business by driving net-new name customer sales, associated demand generation activities and continuous development of partner capabilities to cover the Intelligent Enterprise suite of offering.

The IE PBM is the main point of contact for building the partner relationship with SAP. The IE PBM is the central advisor to the partner, owning the partner relationship end to end for GPO, and responsible for coordinating all SAP interactions in order to drive partner investments and growth in SAP's Intelligent Enterprise solutions portfolio.

The job incumbent is responsible for appropriately managing/balancing the use of SAP assets without under- or over-utilizing those assets. He or she develops partners for long-term development, health-of-business and transformation to new solutions, technologies and models.

The IE PBM supports partner enablement to drive partners to self-sufficiency from demand generation to closing deals, delivery, customer success and development of a continuous road map of expansion opportunities.

The IE PBM provides support to partners in sales cycles via coaching, mentoring and shadowing in customer facing sales activities.

This position is measured specifically on sourced and indirect revenue from net-new name customers in both mid-market and large enterprise segments with metrics across the land, adopt, consume and expand (LACE) model (See success metrics).
応募資格 7+ years working experience in the software industry
5+ years in a customer and/or partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working at a SAP partner is a ‘plus’
Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills
Relevant experience in ISM, DSC LoB Cloud and core S4HANA
Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners
Strong analytical competencies

7+ years working experience in the software industry
5+ years in a customer and/or partner facing role (ex. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting); experience working at a SAP partner is a ‘plus’
Demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills
